A type of rice that is famous for its stickiness when cooked. Mainly grown in Mekong Delta and the north of Vietnam, Glutinous Rice fully preserves the natural sweetness and fragrance. With unique characteristics of opaque grains, very low amylose content and glue-like texture. It is perfect for making Asian traditional dishes such as steamed sticky rice, stuffed sticky rice cake, and sweet porridge.
